Initial Visit Fee:

  • Every other week rates available.
  • First visits are assessed an Initial Visit Fee, payable upon completion.
  • In the event of excessive waste, overgrowth, or landscaping, Initial Visit Fee will be reassessed and bid to owner.

Rate Changes:

  • More than 4 dogs will require a written bid.
  • Rates may be subject to increase for large yards. or landscaping.

  • six month prepayment
